In order to register for a Website Account, you must provide the following information:

Ippio is also a social networking website, so you have the option - but are not required -- to complete a user profile, which may be visible to other Ippio members. Your user profile may include information about:

• location (hometown, city, zip and country);
• additional personal information (first and last name, photo, birthday gender, relationship status, “ about me ” , and personal website); and
• “random information” (occupation, companies, schools, interests, hobbies, favorite movies, shows music and books).,

We refer to these categories of information you voluntarily provide to Ippio as Personal Information in this Privacy Policy.

Non-Personal Information
We also collect aggregate, non-personally identifiable information about you and your use of the Website by using “cookies,” web beacons, local shared objects, or other types of tracking technology

How We Collect Information About You

We may collect Personal Information and Non-Personal Information about you in any one or more of the following ways:

• Registration for a Website Account / User Profile

  In order to post content and use certain other features and areas of our Website, you will need to create an account with our Website (“Account”). During registration, you are required to provide your name and a functioning email address and to create a User ID and password.

  During the registration process and thereafter as a member, we give you the opportunity to provide additional profile information, such as where you live, go to school, work, your activities or interests, and the option to add a picture of yourself.

• Third Party Service Providers
  We may contract with third party companies to perform services on our behalf, including marketing assistance, e-mail delivery, hosting services, customer service, and data analysis. • Safety, Security and Compliance with Law
  We may disclose any information, including Personal Information, we deem necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to enforce our rights or to protect the safety and security of our Website or other users.
• Business Transitions
  In the event IPPIO undergoes a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, we may transfer your Personal Information to the successor organization in such transaction. If material changes to IPPIO’s privacy practices will occur as a result of the business transition, IPPIO will attempt to notify you via email and will post a notice on the Website alerting you to the business transition prior to transferring your Personal Information.

Your Sharing Options

Marketing Communications
If you do not want to receive special offers, marketing communications, advertisements, newsletters or other promotional communications (“Marketing Communications”) from:

• IPPIO;
• our Affiliates; and/or
• our Marketing Partners

or you wish to prevent IPPIO from sharing your Personal Information with any Marketing Partners in the future, IPPIO provides you with several ways for you to “opt-out” or withdraw your consent.

1. You may opt-out of future Marketing Communications received from IPPIO, our Affiliates or our Marketing Partners by following the steps described in each such Marketing Communication.
2. For Marketing Communications received from IPPIO or our Affiliates, you may also send e-mails to [privacy@ippio.com] with a request to cease receipt of some or all future Marketing Communications.

Please note that once we receive your request, it make take an additional period of time for such opt-out to become effective. If IPPIO has shared your Personal Information with any such third parties prior to its receipt of your request, IPPIO may not have the ability to prevent such third parties from continuing to use and disclose your Personal Information, including for the purpose of sending Marketing Communications to you, and you will be required to contact such third parties directly to prevent their further use and disclosure of your Personal Information.

Also note that if you opt-out of our Marketing Communications we may still email or communicate with you from time to time if we need to provide you with information or request information from you with respect to a transaction initiated by you, or for other legitimatenon-marketing reasons.

Online Advertising
We are an advertising-supported website, in part, so it is not possible to visit our Website without being exposed to advertising. However, you may also opt-out of customized online advertising.
