These User Participation Rules (“Rules”) describe the proper kinds of conduct and prohibited uses of your website Account and related features and Public Communications Features available to you as an active Account holder. These Rules are not exhaustive. We reserve the right to modify these Rules at any time, effective upon posting.

The Public Communications Features people to share reviews, opinions and information about products and services, as well as information about themselves and their personal tastes. We cannot and do not warrant, verify, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or integrity of information that you may access. You understand that you shall remain solely liable for any and all information, text, images, photographs, graphics, e-mail addresses, Web pages, reviews, discussion board postings, and other materials (“User Content”) that you upload, download, or transmit to our Public Communications Features.

What Not to Do - prohibited content and activities

Our Service may be used only for lawful purposes. We do not screen, monitor, review, or edit the User Content posted by you and other users on the website. However, we have the right (but not the obligation) at our sole discretion to modify, refuse or remove any User Content, in whole or in part, that, in our judgment, does not comply with these Terms of Use or is otherwise harmful, undesirable, inappropriate, or inaccurate. The following non-exhaustive list details the kinds of conduct or User Content that is prohibited:

Before You Post a Review ... Guidelines to follow

For a general introduction to completing and submitting a successful video review to the website, we recommend that you watch our introductory video available at www.ippio.com/upload

Your comments should focus your video reviews on a particular product or service. The best reviews include not only whether you liked or disliked a product or service, but also why. Feel free to mention other products or services that you consider similar and how the product or service you are reviewing rates in comparison to them. We recommend that video reviews do not exceed approximately 2 minutes in length, and that written reviews or comments on videos posted to the website do not exceed approximately 50 words in length.

IPPIO’s purpose is to provide a forum for sharing opinions on the products and services you love, as well as the ones that you haven’t had such positive experiences with. While we appreciate your time and comments, please refrain from including the following in your review:

• Profanity, obscenities, or spiteful remarks.

Any review in violation of these guidelines might not be posted or could be removed from the website at any time.
