IPPIO was founded by a group of consumers who were tired of the deteriorating quality and customer service in the marketplace. We were tired of having no voice, and therefore no leverage.
We also found text-based, online reviews conspicuously missing the all-important human interaction of a face-to-face recommendation.

And IPPIO was born.

An IPPIO review is a short, balanced review that describes what is good about a product (or service), as well as what can be improved about it.

This is our forum, as unbiased consumers, to hold the marketplace accountable for the quality it delivers, to acknowledge both its successes and its shortcomings.
