UPLOADING YOUR REVIEW
Make sure the video file you are trying to upload is one of the accepted file types: .mov, .m4v, .mpg, .avi, .wmv, .h.264

RECORDING YOUR REVIEW
When the Recorder opens and prompts you, allow access to your webcam and microphone by clicking "ALLOW" in the dialogue box that appears.

If the recorder isn’t working in your browser window, click the “SETTINGS” button on the recorder and select the camera you have connected.
If you are using a basic or built-in webcam, select “USB Video Class” and click “CLOSE.”

Make sure the “video & audio” tab is checked.
If your camera still does not work, check it using another application, like Skype or iChat. Also make sure that if your camera needs a driver, that you have the latest one installed.

If your video has no or low sound, adjust the mic and speaker volumes with the sliders on the recorder.

If the quality of your video is poor or drops audio, make sure your internet connection has enough upload bandwidth, at least 512K.
